This year, we’re focusing on client experience, community connection, digital product expansion, and team wellness. With big plans on the horizon, we’re ready to elevate our services and continue to lead in the world of Showit website design, email marketing, and social media strategy.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our 12-month plan for 2025, filled with growth opportunities, community meetups, and initiatives that will ensure our clients receive an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

How We’re Setting Big Goals for 2025

Before we dive into the month-by-month breakdown, here are the key pillars guiding us this year:

  1. Client Experience 2.0: We’re raising the bar on how we serve our clients, ensuring every part of their journey with us feels thoughtful, seamless, and white glove.
  2. Revenue Expansion: From launching digital products to growing our one-on-one consultations and mini-courses, we’re creating new ways to serve business owners at every level.
  3. Community & Connection: We’re hosting two in-person meetups in Atlanta to strengthen our relationships with clients, designers, and creatives in our community.
  4. Team Wellness & Growth: Our team’s well-being is just as important as our revenue goals. We’re committed to fostering a culture of learning, growth, and balance.
  5. Brand Authority & Visibility: Through blogs, mini-courses, and collaborations, we’re positioning Kemotion as a thought leader in the web design space.

2025 Roadmap (Month-by-Month Goals)

Q1: Laying the Foundation (Jan – Mar)

“Set the tone for the year with stronger systems, better workflows, and elevated client experiences.”

January

  • Host a team vision meeting to define revenue, wellness, and client experience goals for the year.
  • Streamline our client experience blueprint to ensure every client interaction feels thoughtful.
  • Create a new “Welcome Kit” for new clients (think intentional gifts, resources, and onboarding materials).

February

  • Launch a Client Portal where clients can easily access design updates, timelines, and FAQs.
  • Create a more robust offboarding process so clients feel supported after launch.

  • Create a free downloadable resource to grow our email list.
  • Start developing our first mini-course that will launch in Q2.
  • Finalize plans for our first Atlanta Meetup in June.

  • Host our first Atlanta Meetup! We’ll be gathering clients, collaborators, and creatives for a day of learning, connection, and community.

  • Open pre-sales for our next product launch (like a workbook, mini-course, or advanced template).

  • Wrap up the year with gratitude by sending end-of-year gifts to VIP clients.
  • Host a virtual Client Appreciation Event to close out 2025 on a high note.
  • Finalize our team’s 2026 vision and growth plan.

New Offerings for 2025

n 2025, we’re expanding how we serve our clients and community. Here’s what’s new this year:

1️⃣ Digital Product Shop

We’ll be launching our first-ever Digital Product Shop filled with Showit templates, branding guides, mini-courses, and client workbooks. These resources will help business owners build beautiful, high-converting websites on their own timeline.

2️⃣ Mini-Courses

We’re creating a series of mini-courses designed to teach business owners how to uplevel their websites, email marketing, and social media strategies. This is perfect for those looking for guidance but not quite ready for custom design.

3️⃣ 1:1 Consultations

Sometimes you just need extra advice. We’ll be offering 1:1 strategy sessions for a limited time to give personalized guidance on everything from website audits to email marketing strategies.
